LOGO

I have designed my Logo using Wix Logo Creator, I have designed this to represent my target audience and portray my brand as a whole.

For the image of my logo decided to use a cheetah print style.I did'nt want this to be so quick to identify so I used more natural colours. I think this is fitting to my ideas of BADGE as this style of print is the way you identify animals, it is their skin. Each animal has different things which design them as an individual, they may all be part of a similar looking family (cats), though they are all individually different and no two are the same.

INSTAGRAM

After results from my customer research, I have decided the best social media platform for my magazine to advertise on and help BADGE build up as a brand.
I have gave my page an identifiable name and have created a bio to fit. Using my logo as the profile picture I have begin to be active on there posting stories of images and updates of artists and also new and upcoming music from artists. It is a fun and colourful platform posting images of artists and I have decided to follow a layout with relevant coloured images in each column. I have begun to include some of my own photography within my feed. I have used the app VSCO to edit my images, this is so they all follow the same conventions and are my appealing from an audiences point of view.
Here below is a screenshot of my instagram at the moment, followed by the comparisons from the edited images and the originals.

Here is the first of one of my own images embedded within my feed, for this I had to edit the jumper so it fitted amongst the other photographs with the feed. For this I used FaceTune to add an orange tone.

DIGITIALL CONVERGENT

I must ensure and wish to make sure all my media is digitally convergent across platforms; from my magazine to my website.
I will need to follow certain conventions to make sure they both reflect one another; this can be things like,
The colour scheme
The font
Photographs may be included
Sub-headings relevant to my magazine

CONTENTS PAGE IDEAS

Image result for index magazine vogue cover pageThere are many different styles of content pages to consider, here are three completely different ones. In my opinion I believe all of these different styles of contents pages are attractive and relevant to my target audience as they are all very modernised.

The first one is an example from a vogue magazine. I like this cover as it creates a sophisticated look yet also its hints of colour making it appear fun. Its images are relevant to the copy and stories and additionally, it has multiple different photo-shoots projected in different sized photographs.

However, something I like specifically about this copy is the larger page numbers to clearly identify the different genres and major headlines within the magazine.

I like this style as it is appealing and also brings both the cover and contents together with the frequent photographs.
